Ana Joaquina Luisa Osório (1793-1863) – Mãe do General Osorio, quem deu o sobrenome ao filho. Esposa do Cel Manoel Luís da Silva Borges (1777 – 1838), teve com ele 5 filhos: Manoel Luis (o Marechal Osorio), José Luis, Rosa Jacinta, Clarinda Luisa e Thomaz Luis. Não há fotografia conhecida do marido de Ana Joaquina, mãe de Osorio.
Francisca Fagundes – Esposa do General Osorio. O primeiro filho dos dois morreu ainda criança. Os outros quatro, todos formados em Direito em Recife, estão representados na imagem: Manoela, Fernando Luis, Adolfho e Francisco.
Manoela Luis Osorio Mascarenhas - Filha de Osorio. Foi a mais contemplada no testamento do Marechal, ganhando 1/3 da herança.
Fernando Luis Osorio – Foi o filho que mais se destacou em âmbito nacional. Escreveu o primeiro volume da biografia de Osorio chamada “História do General Osorio”.
Fernando Luis Osorio Filho – O neto de Osorio que foi o grande historiador da família. Continuou a obra do pai, escrevendo o segundo volume da biografia do General Osorio junto com seu irmão Joaquim Luis Osorio. Seus principais livros de história militar são: “O Espírito das Armas Brasileiras” e “Sangue e Alma do Rio Grande”.
Joaquim Luis Osorio – Neto de Osorio, também filho de Fernando Luis, que foi co-autor do segundo volume da biografia do avô. Foi deputado estadual e federal.
Pedro Luis Osorio – Neto do Marechal, formou-se em Farmácia e Medicina, sendo médico, professor, desportista, escritor,homem público e fazendeiro.
Manoel Luis Osorio – neto de Osorio. Se formou em Engenharia civil, dirigindo por 14 anos a Escola de Agronomia e Veterinária Eliseu Maciel. Em Pelotas, foi presidente da Sociedade Agrícola, Conselheiro Municipal e deputado estadual.
Mario Osorio Magalhães – trineto do General Osorio. É formado em História, sendo professor da Universidade Federal de Pelotas e colunista do Diário Popular de Pelotas.
